As a way to strengthen the bond between the youth during the pandemic, my church, the Church of Christ, created a "Kadiwa Meet and Greet" between different Districts. As physical events in the church were not possible, the idea of having a get-together with other brethren from other locations was born! The "Kadiwa" are those who are above the age of 18 and unmarried.
The above illustration was used as a "Thank You" Postcard for those who attended the event. After the event finished, the attendees received an email on how they thought the event went and what other events they'd like to participate in along with this illustration.
This countdown was posted throughout social media to remind others and create excitement for the event. There are two different sizes to accommodate social media and for the video created for promotion. As the days go on, the number of chat bubbles increases coming from different areas of Florida and the Caribbean to highlight how more people are joining as the days go on.
